Terms & Conditions — Endless Blue Hostel, Café & Villa, Goa
Welcome to Endless Blue Hostel & Café and Endless Blue Villa in
Anjuna, North Goa. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms that apply to
your stay: hostel guests follow the Hostel sections below; villa guests follow
the Villa sections. Where your written confirmation (email or voucher) states different
terms for the villa (e.g. security deposit or occupancy), those terms prevail for that booking.
A. Endless Blue Hostel & Café
The following applies to dormitory and private-room bookings at the hostel
only.
Booking, cancellation & refund (hostel)

No refunds will be provided once check-in is completed.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will attract up to 100% cancellation charges,
and no refund will be issued.
- In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Guest eligibility & stay policy (hostel)

Hostel Type: Endless Blue Hostel is a backpacker hostel in Goa, primarily suited
for young, independent travelers.

Age Restriction: Guests between 18 and 36 years are allowed to stay at the hostel
to maintain a vibrant and social atmosphere.
- No Family Accommodation: We do not accommodate families with children, as our
facilities are designed for solo travelers, backpackers, and small groups.
- Couples Policy: Couples are welcome. However, sharing of a single bunk bed is not
permitted. Couples may book separate bunk beds or a private room (subject to availability).
The hostel is exclusively for travelers and tourists. Individuals classified as blue-collar workers are
not accommodated.
B. Endless Blue Villa (private 2BHK)
The following applies to bookings of the private villa near the hostel.
Families and small groups are welcome; rules differ from the backpacker hostel.
Booking, cancellation & refund (villa)
- No refunds once check-in for the villa stay has been completed.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a
100% refund of amounts already paid, unless your confirmation states a different
villa cancellation window.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may attract up to 100%
cancellation charges; no refund may be issued.
- No-show: the full reservation amount may be charged.
- Any security deposit or extra charges (cleaning, damages) will be communicated at
booking and handled as stated in your confirmation.

and villa booking details.
Guest eligibility & occupancy (villa)
- The villa is offered as a private 2BHK for the guest(s) named on the booking.
- Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests agreed at booking (including
children). Additional overnight guests are not allowed without prior written approval from
management.
- Families with children may stay at the villa when the booking includes them;
normal child safety and supervision are the responsibility of parents or guardians.
- The villa is for tourist and leisure stays only, not as a workplace for unrelated
commercial activity, unless approved in writing.
Check-in, check-out & keys (villa)
- Standard check-in and check-out times will be shared in your booking confirmation. Early check-in
or late check-out is subject to availability and may carry extra charges.
- Valid government photo ID is required for all adult guests; foreign nationals must
present passport and valid visa as per Indian law.
- Keys or access devices must be returned at checkout. Loss of keys may incur replacement charges.
- Guests are responsible for locking doors and windows when leaving the property.
Management is not liable for loss of valuables left unsecured.
Visitors, events & noise (villa)
- Day visitors may be allowed only with prior notice and approval from management,
and must leave by the time agreed at check-in.
- Parties, loud music, or events that disturb neighbors are not permitted. Management
may require immediate reduction of noise or may terminate the stay without refund in case of serious
breach.
- Quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) must be respected toward neighboring
homes.
House use & conduct (villa)
- Drugs or illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Possession or use may result
in immediate eviction, forfeiture of fees, and reporting to authorities.
- Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas designated by management; smoking inside the
villa is not permitted.
- Kitchen & appliances: use responsibly; clean after use; turn off gas and
appliances when not in use. Do not tamper with electrical panels or safety equipment.
- Waste must be disposed of in bins as instructed; recycling or segregation rules of
the property must be followed.
- Drying laundry: only in areas designated by management (not on balconies or
façades if restricted).
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing before check-in.
- Filming, photography, or commercial shoots on the premises require prior written
permission.
- Theft, vandalism, or damage to the villa, fixtures, or inventory will be charged to the guest as per
assessment; management may terminate the booking without refund.
Cleanliness, safety & liability (villa)
- Guests must keep the villa in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive
cleaning required after checkout may incur extra fees.
- Personal belongings remain the guest's responsibility; management does not insure guest property.
- Report leaks, power issues, or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Use of the swimming pool (if any), terrace, or stairs is at guests' own risk;
children must be supervised at all times.
If your villa confirmation lists extra rules (e.g. pool hours, parking, or
AC usage), those apply in addition to the above.
